Petso includes two free mini-games built right into the app, designed to make pet care fun and to reward you with real $PET tokens. Super Petso is a fast, endless-runner arcade game. Pet Adoption is a virtual-pet care game where you raise and look after a digital companion. Both are playable in the Games tab of the Petso Owner app (iOS & Android) and at app.petso.io.

This is the most important thing to know before spending. You have two separate $PET balances:

Tip: When you claim rewards, you can now claim just part of your balance and keep some unclaimed to spend in the games. If a "Buy" button says "not enough $PET", it means your spendable game balance is low — even if your wallet shows more.

Daily bonus earnings (play, quests, streak) are capped at 25 $PET/day. Leaderboard prizes are on top of the cap. Amounts are set by Petso and may change.

Super Petso is an endless runner. Your character runs automatically along a track — your job is to survive as long as you can. The further you go and the more coins you grab, the higher your score. There's no "finish line": you play until you hit an obstacle, then your run is scored and added to the leaderboard.

Adopt a virtual pet and keep it happy and healthy over days and weeks. Choose from 8 animals — dog, cat, rabbit, hamster, turtle, parrot, fish, or mouse — and an Easy or Hard difficulty. Your pet has needs that slowly go down over real time (even while the app is closed), so checking in regularly to care for it is the whole game.

Every core action is free (with short cooldowns). You never have to spend $PET to keep your pet alive:

Your pet does not die from a single missed feed. Think of Health as 5 lives:

A passed pet cannot be revived, so keep an eye on those reminders. Timings are set by Petso and may be adjusted.

Optional premium items (bought with your game $PET balance) work faster or stronger than the free actions — handy when you're busy. Free care always covers the basics.

Prices are set by Petso and may change. Accessories & cosmetics to dress up your pet are also available.

Pet Adoption is designed to build great daily care habits. When you finish your virtual pet's daily care, Petso gently nudges you toward your real pet — jumping you to their E-Passport and health records. Fun game, real-world benefit.

Your first Petling isn’t handed to you — it hatches from one of your own pets. The pet needs an active Digital ID; if it hasn’t got one, the game walks you through creating it first. Your pet’s species sets the shape and its real coat colour sets the colour, so no two players’ Familiars are alike. Pays 50 $PET, once ever.

The Wilds map shows creatures living near you right now. Get within 150 metres and attune to befriend one — nothing to throw and nothing to miss. Up to 30 catches a day, 1 $PET each. Everyone in the same place sees the same creatures, and the whole map turns over every three hours.

1,535 species across 192 regions, each family drawn from that country’s own folklore and landscape. Cross a border and the local creatures appear immediately, so a holiday becomes a collecting expedition. Don’t travel? Trade with players who live where you don’t.

Showdowns pit three of your Petlings against another player’s three — 5 a day, 2 $PET a win, nothing wagered and nothing lost. Gatherings are co-operative encounters holding only Rare creatures and above; two players must contribute, then everyone who took part receives the creature. It’s the best shot most players get at a Mythic.

Design a Petling yourself in the Studio — shape, three colours, pattern, accessory and element — for 25 $PET, up to three at a time. Verified Petso businesses appear on the map as Outposts: check in within 200 metres for 3 $PET a day, and roughly one visit in four gifts a creature found nowhere in the wild.

List a creature for $PET or swap it for the country you’re missing — players pay each other directly, Petso doesn’t fund trades. Heritage and Mythic creatures carry an edition number (#7 of 2,000) and can be made permanent on-chain for 100 $PET — no wallet or crypto needed. The Wild Cup is a seasonal contest between countries that pays every Ranger of the winner.
